At Wild Plum we take great pride in the selection and quality of our products. Therefore, if you are for any reason not completely delighted with your purchase, simply return the item for a full merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.


To help you with our return process, here are a few guidelines:


  • Please contact Wild Plum Customer Service at 888-854-0628 during our business hours for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the product. Products cannot be accepted without an RMA.
  • Please pack your merchandise carefully in its original packing materials as it is important to use these materials (boxes and any of the padding material such as peanuts or paper) for the safe return shipping of your items.
  • Please write your RMA on a copy of your receipt and include it in the box. Also write your RMA on or near the shipping label on the outside of the box.
  • For your protection, returned packages must be shipped with a reliable carrier that offers tracking and the package must be insured for the value of your merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Please be sure to notify both Wild Plum and the carrier within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage and keep all packing materials. Wild Plum will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.


Incorrect Merchandise
If your return is in any way a result of an error by Wild Plum Home & Garden, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to the return the merchandise and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning.


Your Refund
We will begin processing your return promptly upon receipt of your package and will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been entered. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to reach our store and be processed.


If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. You should allow one to two billing cycles (about one month) for the credit to appear on your statement.


If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a check from Wild Plum Home & Garden for the full applicable amount of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received by us.

Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving back to us.


If you would like to exchange one product for another, you will need to follow the return procedures and then submit a completely new order online or by phone for the product(s) you would like to purchase.
